By using Veri-ID you agree to use it lawfully. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the IDs they issue, for obtaining any consent required to collect card-holder data, and for not using Veri-ID cards to impersonate any government agency. Veri-ID cards are private-organization identity cards and are not a substitute for a National Identity Number (NIN) or any government-issued ID.
Personal IDs. A Personal ID is a self-issued card for self-employed people. The holder is solely responsible for the accuracy of what appears on it. Veri-ID does not verify the holder's identity, and a Personal ID is not a government or professional licence. You may not use it to impersonate a person, company, regulated profession or government agency. We may suspend or delete any Personal ID that breaks these rules, without refund.
Paid plans are billed through Flutterwave in Nigerian Naira and renew only when you pay again. When a paid plan lapses, the organization returns to the Free plan limits: existing cards remain valid, but new IDs are blocked until the limit allows. We may suspend organizations that misuse the platform.
